Non-GMO, non-hybrid, open-pollinated, no chemically treated, heirloom seeds. Lavender is a hardy perennial aromatic herb that grows up to 120cm. It produces beautiful blue-violet-purple flowers that attract bees and other beneficial insects. The leaves and flowers can be dehydrated and used in infusions, food, tinctures, or balms and oils for external use. Lavender can be grown in a pot, too. In traditional medicine, Lavender is used in aromatherapy to treat headaches and some neurological issues. Herbalists use lavender oil to treat skin conditions such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne. It is also used in a therapeutic bath to relieve joint and muscular discomfort.

Planting and growing tips:Â Sow directly or start in trays or Jiffy pots. Hyssop grows best in full sun. It will adapt to many different types of soil. The better the soil, the quicker and better it grows. It doesn’t like to sit in water so a well-drained position is best. All our edibles grow happily and quickly in at least slightly raised garden beds.
