Are you open to the public?
No, but pickup by appointment is possible.
Why don’t you add images of the potted plants you sell?
We are only a small nursery, and our plants grow naturally (not commercially), so they may differ in size and appearance. You might find images of young potted plants as an example of what you can expect, but most of our listings usually show our mature plants. Please check the entire description to learn more about the plant you buy.
Where do the plants you sell come from?
All plants come from Ewa’s food forest, where we live and work.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
If you receive a plant or cuttings that you are not satisfied with, you need to advise us within 24 hours of the delivery. Later on, if the plants do not perform well, this may be due to soil conditions, climate, or other factors beyond our control. You are always welcome to contact Ewa for advice, but we cannot guarantee the performance of the plants across all Australian climates.
What happens if my plant arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure that your plant arrives in great condition; however, in some cases, the plant may get damaged during freight. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please get in touch with us by sending an email with an image of the plant and your order number, and we will try our best to help in this case.
How big are the plants you sell?
Most of our plants are well-established young plants in small pots, but we also have some more mature plants available. Please check the entire description of the plant for more info.
Can I add more plants and seeds after placing the order?
Sure, as long as we have not dispatched your order yet. Send us an email with your order number and the plants or seeds you want to add.
Where can I get more info about the plants you grow and sell?
Ewa’s mini ebook is a good source to learn more about the plants we have available. We also have a YouTube channel with many videos about our food forest and the plants we grow. You are welcome to subscribe (it’s free) and add a comment under the videos if you have any questions.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! Send us an email with your inquiry, and we can go from there.

Do you send to TAS, NT, and WA?
We don’t send seeds or plants to TAS, NT, or WA unless you organise an import permit and provide a copy.
We have many items like our grow bags, netting bags, and more that we can send to TAS, WA, and NT. If you are interested in any of these, simply place your order, choose the pickup option ( the only way to order from these areas), and wait for the payment request to cover the postage costs.
