Non-GMO, non-hybrid, open-pollinated, no chemically treated, heirloom seeds. This is a traditional European variety. It will attract a range of beneficial insects to your garden. Cornflower is an edible flower variety and can be added to desserts, salads, soups, and stir-fries. Cornflower has lots of health benefits. The dry flowers can be used in a range of homemade remedies like tinctures, infused oils, tea, beauty products, salves, and more.

Planting and growing tips: Best to grow from Autumn to Spring. Avoid extreme heat and cold. Cornflower loves full sun and moist soil. The better the soil, the quicker and better it will grow. It doesn’t like to sit in water so a well-drained position is best. All our edibles grow happily and quickly in raised garden beds.
