4. Orders & Shipping

4.1 Untracked Seed Shipments

  • Seeds sent via untracked letter are shipped at the customer’s risk.
  • Claims for non-receipt must be made within 3 weeks of dispatch. Resends are only offered for claims submitted within this period.
  • After 3 weeks, no refunds or resends are available for untracked orders.

4.2 General Shipping

  • Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties (e.g., postal services).
  • International buyers: Check your country’s import laws for seeds/plants.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind: Not accepted for perishable goods (seeds/plants).
  • Faulty products: Contact us within 7 days of receipt for replacement/refund (proof required).
  • Digital courses/files: No refunds once access is granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Seeds/plants: We are not liable for crop failure, misuse, or local growing conditions.
  • Website content: Information is for general guidance only. We do not guarantee accuracy or outcomes.
  • Third-party links: We are not responsible for external websites’ content or practices.

As per Australian Consumer Law, our liability does not cover:

  • Losses unrelated to our services.
  • Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters).
