Ethiopian Cabbage SEEDS Heirloom & Untreated – Ethiopian Kale – Brassica carinata
Non-GMO, non-hybrid, open-pollinated, no chemically treated, heirloom seeds. Ethiopian Cabbage is an easy-to-grow leafy vegetable. It can grow up to 1.5m high and it is reseeding itself happily when you let it go to seeds. It is a fantastic white cabbage substitute, the leaves are soft and can be prepared and eaten in many different ways. It is low in oxalate so the leaves can also be eaten raw. The leaves are soft and can be harvested regularly as the plant grows.

Planting and growing tips: Saw in pots or straight into its final position. Ethiopian cabbage is an easy-to-grow plant, that loves the sun and moderate watering, however, the better the soil, the quicker and better it will grow. It doesn’t like to sit in water so a well-drained position is best. All our edibles grow happily and quickly in slightly raised garden beds.
