The Garlan Chrysanthemum is an annual plant in the daisy family. One plant produces lots of edible leaves and flowers that can be used in tea, salads, soups, stir-fries, and other dishes. The Garlan Chrysanthemum plant is rich in potassium which is an important mineral that ‘helps the heart, kidneys, and other organs function properly (source).

According to Heal with Food website, “Some of the beneficial effects associated with eating garland chrysanthemum leaves include weight loss, antioxidant protection, a reduced risk of lung cancer, as well as protection against cardiovascular problems, kidney stones, cellulite, bloating and bone loss.”( source )

Very easy to grow from a seed.

The price is for 30 seeds.

Planting and growing tips: Sprinkle a few seeds in a pot, cover slightly with fine soil, and keep moist in a protected place with filtered light. Replant into individual pots and later on to its final position. Garlan Chrysanthemum is an easy-to-grow plant, that loves the sun and well-drained soil. The better the soil, the quicker and better it will grow. All our edibles grow happily and quickly in slightly raised garden beds.
