Growing Beetroot microgreens: pre-soak seeds for about 8 hours > add 2-3cm of soil to a tray > moisten the soil > sprinkle seeds evenly over the surface and cover seeds with a light layer of soil > keep in a dark place for 6-8 days > germination time 4-5 days > harvest 12-23 days

Tip: You can also grow your microgreens on homegrown real cotton, and I have the seeds here if you want to grow your own!
