Vietnamese Luffa is a quick-growing vine. It loves to climb and will happily grow on a fence or trellis. The young fruit can be eaten as a vegetable, similar to zucchini, fully ripe used as a scrubbing sponge in the kitchen or bathroom.
The price is for 5 Vietnamese Luffa seeds.
Planting and growing tips: Placing the seeds in water for 24 hours before putting them into the soil will speed up the germination process. Vietnamese Luffa is an easy-to-grow plant, that loves the sun and moderate watering, however, the better the soil, the quicker and better it will grow. It doesn’t like to sit in water so a well-drained position is best. All our edibles grow happily and quickly in slightly raised garden beds.
