Cabbage Microgreen SEEDS Heirloom – Microgreens Sprouts – Golden Acre

Cabbage Microgreen SEEDS are non-GMO, open-pollinated, and not chemically treated. Cabbage sprouts/microgreens taste delicious and contain many beneficial vitamins like C, K, minerals and other nutrients. It is rich in fiber, beta-carotene, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iodine, and sulfur. Super healthy and easy to grow as sprouts and microgreens.

The price is for 14 grams which is about 4000 seeds. This amount is perfect for sawing on a tray size of about 33cm x 20cm. Use fewer seeds for smaller trays accordingly.

Growing sprouts: grow in a sprouting jar or bag; pre-soak seeds for 4 hours; rinse 2-3 times per day; harvest in 5-6 days

Growing microgreens: do NOT pre-soak seeds > add 2-3cm of soil to a tray or use a hemp growing mat or cotton > moisten the soil/mat/cotton > sprinkle seeds evenly over the surface and cover seeds (optional) with a light layer of soil/cotton > keep moist > blackout for 2-3 days > keep in a dark place until the seeds germinate > harvest 10-14 days

Tip: You can also grow your microgreens on homegrown real cotton, and I have the seeds here if you want to grow your own!
