Beetroot Microgreen SEEDS are non-GMO, open-pollinated, and not chemically treated. Beetroot microgreens taste delicious and contain important nutrients like vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, the minerals calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, potassium, zinc, as well as antioxidants. The price is for 14 grams which is about 700 seeds. This amount is perfect for sawing on a tray size of about 33cm x 20cm. Use fewer seeds for smaller trays accordingly.

Growing Beetroot microgreens: pre-soak seeds for about 8 hours > add 2-3cm of soil to a tray > moisten the soil > sprinkle seeds evenly over the surface and cover seeds with a light layer of soil > keep in a dark place for 6-8 days > germination time 4-5 days > harvest 12-23 days
