Alfalfa Microgreen SEEDS Heirloom – Microgreens Sprouts – Medicago Sativa

Alfalfa Microgreen SEEDS are non-GMO, open-pollinated, and not chemically treated. Alfalfa microgreens and sprouts contain nutrients such as vitamins A, B, C, E, K, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, and carotene. Super healthy for you and easy to grow without soil, either as sprouts in a sprouting jar or as microgreens hydroponically on a tray without soil by using a microgreen hemp mat.

The price is for 14 grams which are about 6720+ seeds. This amount is perfect for sawing on a tray size of about 33cm x 20cm. Use fewer seeds for smaller trays accordingly.

Growing Alfalfa sprouts: grow in a sprouting jar or bag; pre-soak seeds for 4-8 hours; rinse 2-3 times per day; harvest in 3-6 days

Growing Alfalfa microgreens: grow hydroponically, on a tray without soil; do NOT presoak seeds; cover for 2-3 days with a lid; store in a well-ventilated area away from light until the seeds germinate; lightly water 1-2 times per day; harvest in approximately 6-8 days
